  • Beef tenderloin sliced
    250g
  • Diced green pepper

  • Diced onion

  • Oyster sauce
    30g
  • Light soy sauce
    15g
  • Dark soy sauce
    1teaspoon
  • Starch

  • Oil
    40g
  • Sugar
    1teaspoon

Preparation

    Put 250g beef tenderloin slices into a bowl

    Add 15g light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 big measuring spoon of starch

    Mix the materials, add 10g oil, and marinate the materials for 10min

    Put 30g oil into the main pot

    Without the measuring cup, heat the oil at 2min/120℃/ REV 1

    Add the marinated beef tenderloin and stir fry the materials at 3min/120℃/ B-REV 0.5

    Add 100g diced green pepper, 40g diced onion and 30g oyster sauce
