Preparation

Put 10g oil and 10g sliced ginger into the main pot

Stir fry the materials at 3min/120℃/ REV 1

Add 500g Pork ribs (3cm long), 50g rock sugar powder and 50g cooking wine

Add 50g spiced vinegar, 15g light soy sauce and 5g dark soy sauce

Boil the materials at 22min/120℃/B-REV 1
