Ingredients

  • Rib’s Eye Steak
    200g
  • Fresh rosemary
    4 pcs
  • Ground black pepper
    an appropriate amount
  • Sea salt

  • Salt-free butte

  • Cherry tomato

Preparation

  • step 1

    Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the 200g thick Rib’s Eye Steak

  • step 2

    Put the prepared Rib’s Eye Steak and 2 pcs of rosemary in a sealed bag, and vacuum it

    Add 1,000g clean water into the main pot

    Preheat it at 5min/60℃/ REV 1
