Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 100g diced white onion and 70g bacon into the main pot

  • step 2

    Smash the materials at 6 sec/REV 9

  • step 3

    Scrape the onion to the bottom of the pan with a scraper and add 20g butter and 1-pc thyme

  • step 4

    Stir and fry the materials at 5min/120℃/REV 1

  • step 5

    Add 500g diced peeled potato and 500g clean water

  • step 6

    Boil the materials at 15min/100℃/REV 1

  • step 7

    Mix the materials at 3min/REV 10

  • step 8

    Add 300g milk, 100g cream, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • step 9

    Boil the materials at 3min/90℃/REV 3

  • step 10

    Put the potato soup in a bowl and serve it with thyme leaves and ground black pepper
