Preparation

Put 300g garlic, 20g Capsicum frutescens and 120g oil into the main pot

Put on the measuring cup, and smash the materials at 30sec/REV 6. Scrape the materials to the bottom of the main pot with a scraper.

Add 20g oyster sauce, 20g light soy sauce, 10g seasoned soy sauce for seafood and 1 big measuring spoon of white granulated sugar

Put on the measuring cup, and boil the materials at 8min/120℃/B-REV 1

After the boiling is finished, pour the garlic sauce into a clean container
