Preparation

Pour 500g water into the main pot

Place 200g peeled pumpkin slices into the steamer. Put on the steamer, and steam the pumpkin slices at 20min/110℃/REV 1

Take out the steamed pumpkin slices and cool them naturally. Clean the main pan and cool it to room temperature

Put the boiled and cooled pumpkin slices into the main pot

Add 200g flour, 20g white granulated sugar, 30g water, 1 egg and 3g yeast

Mix the materials into dough at 1min/REV 5 and take the dough out when the operation is finished.

Spread oiled baking paper on a 6-inch cake mould. Put the dough into it and smooth its surface. Ferment it to twice the size in a warm place

Put 10 red dates on the surface of the fermented dough and put the dough into the steamer

Pour 1,000g water into the main pot

Put on the steamer and steam the cake at 30min/110℃/REV 1
