Ingredients

  • Rice
    150g
  • Clean water
    1500g
  • Minced pork
    150g
  • Diced preserved egg
    3pcs
  • Salt
    3teaspoon
  • White pepper powder
    1teaspoon
  • Chopped scallion

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put the washed rice and 1,500g clean water into the main pot

  • step 2

    Boil the materials at 40min/98℃/B-REV 0.5

  • step 3

    Add 150g minced pork, 3 diced preserved eggs, 3 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder

  • step 4

    Boil the materials at 5min/98℃/REV 2 and mix the white pepper powder with a spoon after the boiling is finished

  • step 5

    Pour the congee with minced pork & preserved egg into a bowl and sprinkle chopped scallion into it
