Ingredients

  • Scallion section
    100g
  • Oil
    150g
  • Soaked dried shrimps
    20g
  • Light soy sauce
    80g
  • Dark soy sauce
    30g
  • White granulated sugar
    40g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 150g oil, 100g scallion sections and 20g soaked dried shrimps into the main pot

  • step 2

    Boil the materials at 15min/120℃/REV 1, then scrape the materials to the bottom of the main pot with a scraper

  • step 3

    Add 80g light soy sauce, 30g dark soy sauce and 40g white granulated sugar

  • step 4

    Blend the materials at 1min/120℃/B-REV 3

  • step 5

    Cool down the scallion & oil sauce after the blending is completed, seal it into a container and store it in a refrigerator
