  • Beef slices
    200g
  • Kelp seedlings:
    250g
  • Sesame oil
    10g
  • Oil
    10g
  • Garlic
    3pcs
  • Clean water
    1000g
  • Salt
    1teaspoon
  • Light soy sauce

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 10g sesame oil, 10g oil and 3pc garlic in the main pot

  • step 2

    Smash the materials at 8sec/REV 6, and then scrape the minced garlic to the bottom of the pot with a scraper

    Stir fry the materials at 2min/120℃/ REV 1

  • step 4

    Add 200g sliced beef and 250g kelp seedlings

  • step 5

    Stir fry the materials at 3min/120℃/ B-REV 0.5

  • step 6

    Add 1,000g clean water

  • step 7

    Put on the measuring cup and stewed the materials at 20min/105℃/ B-REV 0.5

  • step 8

    Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 10g light soy sauce

  • step 9

    Season the materials at 30sec /100℃/B-REV 0.5

  • step 10

    Take the Korean beef & kelp soup out of the pot, and sprinkle onion rings
