  • Rock sugar

  • Drinking water

Preparation

  • step 1

    Weigh out 50g black rice, 50g glutinous rice, 50g red beans, 50g peanuts and 30g Job's tears. Rinse and soak the materials in water for 2hrs

  • step 2

    Put the soaked materials into the main pot, add 20g lotus seeds, 10pcs red dates and 10pcs of dried longan

  • step 3

    Add 1,500g water

  • step 4

    Stew the materials at 90 min/98℃/B-REV 1

  • step 5

    Add 30g rock sugar

  • step 6

    Stew the materials at 2min/98℃/ B-REV 1

  • step 7

    Enjoy the mixed congee with red dates & longan after the stewing is finished
