Ingredients

  • High gluten flour

  • Whole wheat flour
    100g
  • Dry yeast
    4g
  • Salt

  • Ground black pepper

  • Rosemary

Preparation

    Put 170g clean water and 4g yeast to the main pot

    Put on the measuring cup and mix the materials at 10sec/REV 4

    Add 200g high gluten flour, 100g whole wheat flour and 3g salt

    Put on the measuring cup, and mix the materials into flour granules at 30sec/ REV 4

    Start the KNEAD mode and knead the flour granules into dough for 7min

    Take out the dough and knead it into a round shape
